Hey, you've reached Dipper! I'm not here right now, but leave a message and I'll get back to you soon!

...

But if this is paranormal-related? Hang up now, call back, let it ring exactly twice, then hang up again. Don't leave a message. I'll get back to you even sooner.

I'm figuring out your world's rules secondhand. Maybe beings in the mindscape exist outside linear time, for all I know.

Makes about as much sense as having spare time machines just lying around.
fulllifeconsequences: (* Finally looks brighter and brighter.)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-13 04:45 am (UTC)(link)
[Well! Isn't that interesting. One LOAD to bury a surname, and Dipper knows how Chara rewinds time, and seems to have an idea how far back it can go.]

You're not the only one who can read between the lines, detective.

You've been talking to Frisk, right?

[He definitely knows Frisk, and Sans' knowledge is all secondhand and half-remembered moments of deja vu, anyway. Who else would have spilled?]
fulllifeconsequences: (Yeah you know)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-13 05:01 am (UTC)(link)
That's a little funny. It was not for my own sake that I kept that secret.

Everything I know about exploiting that power was learned. Taught. Part of the guidance I received.
fulllifeconsequences: (Is there something you should say)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-13 05:18 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly what I said. Aren't you supposed to be reading between the lines, detective?
fulllifeconsequences: (* It's a snow poff.)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 12:38 am (UTC)(link)
Doesn't mean I am going to hand out secrets for free, either. That's a little too one-sided, don't you think?
fulllifeconsequences: (That I should have done for you)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 04:26 am (UTC)(link)
Took it a little too far. Frisk was the one I kept it for, in fact.

Which makes it interesting that they would tell you so easily. I'm going to guess it was because there was no risk of consequences for them. In fact. I'm going to guess that it was entirely for the sake of defeating me?
fulllifeconsequences: (Yeah you know)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 05:39 am (UTC)(link)
Am I ever not all weird?

I don't mention the consequences for other people because they, apparently, were never a deciding factor in what was done with that power. Guess the rules are different now that we've grown apart!
fulllifeconsequences: (* Endless cycle of worthless garbage)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 05:46 am (UTC)(link)
Sorry, Dipper, I don't make the rules! I just enforce them. With knives.
fulllifeconsequences: (* What a nightmare!)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 05:57 am (UTC)(link)
Sentimental value, mostly.

I could talk about ballet shoes or notebooks instead, if you would prefer. I have used those to kill too. Or is it more polite to pretend that never happened?
fulllifeconsequences: (Is there something you should say)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 09:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Anything's possible if you're determined.

[Seems especially ridiculous in retrospect, since those were the best weapons to pick from during a time where they went up against a true heroine. Boy, it must REALLY sting to know the champion of the world's hopes and dreams went down to something as ridiculous as a bunch of kicks or feeble whacks from an ineffectual book. They mull over long enough for there to be an awkward pause between the last text and this one.]

Sorry. Just remembered something funny.

Anyway! Dipper Pines! I'm sure you're the sort of person who agrees that resourcefulness and ingenuity will get you farther in life than waiting for the ideal circumstances. Sometimes we just have to use what life hands to us.
fulllifeconsequences: (I know I'd disappoint somehow)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-14 10:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Well! Sounds like you've got your path all sorted out.

Maybe next time, I'll hold out hope the fallen human gets named Dipper. I bet I'd have an easy time of it if I were you, huh?
fulllifeconsequences: (To people I don't know)

[personal profile] fulllifeconsequences 2016-03-15 01:04 am (UTC)(link)
Sure. I'd have to be extremely insufferable, but luckily, that already comes pretty easily to me.
