[ she reads all three messages ( why are there three? ) one after another and she wishes to comment on those but reckons it'll be better in person. ]

[Dipper doesn't quite run there, but he does get there pretty fast, then paces anxiously. Maybe he should have taken his time, been more cool and collected, but it's too late for that now. He finds a table and slumps down, drinking a pitt cola from the closets as he waits.]

[ and sansa, sansa takes her usual journey of climbing down, each step feels a bit too heavy. there is too much on her mind, too much has happened during the event that made sansa feel like someone who is not sansa at all. someone that queen cersei would have taken a measure of pride at.

it scares her more than she should.

she's usually a bit more refined, a lot more ladylike but when she enters the tea room, she speaks before she even sits ]

[ the sudden noise startles her only for a moment and she looks down at her hands ]

You were not mistaken in what you have told me. Sansa Stark is known as a traitor and a daughter of a traitor but - she would not return to her realm. Alayne Stone shall return in her place.

[ she shifts a little ]

It was my name when I came to this land, Alayne Stone, a bastard girl from the Vale. It is she who will return to that realm. No one cares for bastard girls.

You're not a bastard! You're really sweet! [It's a knee-jerk reaction before he realizes that.... she's from a medieval world where the term "bastard" is less a swearword and more an actual descriptor.]

Unless you mean in the sense that your parents weren't married when you were born, which is a stupid reason not to care for someone. But.... you'll still be you, right? Even if you're going under a fake name?

It was an event. [Dipper glances away, rubbing his arm a little bit.] I might have... made Mabel cry. I can't really hold anyone else's temporary lack of sweetness against them.

[ she nods in acceptance. they have both been changed, they have all been changed. they had no fault in this and then sansa feels that she behaved terribly, had hurt someone who had always been kind to her. ]

No, no I do not. I've known many children, I do not think yourself and Mabel to be those.

[ and perhaps there is a sadness in admitting that. how she does wish they could all be children. it would have been a greater kindness. ]

[ she smiles a little and nods her head, sinking into her most graceful bow, if only because she knows it'll embarrass him and then perhaps they can laugh at it and move along from this embarrassment the event had cast upon them ]
